The Vice President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, paid tribute to one of the country’s most respected social reformers by unveiling a statue of Mannathu Padmanabhan and inaugurating the Mannam Smrithi Mandapam at the Mannam International Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi.
