He is the sole proprietor of M/s Balaji Krishi Sewa Kendra. The proclamation order was issued by the Court of JMFC (NI Act-02), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, in the matter titled Best Agrolife Ltd. vs. Balaji Krishi Sewa Kendra.
Both accused had failed to appear before the courts despite repeated summons and warrants, compelling the judiciary to declare them proclaimed offenders under the law.
