Delhi Police Special Cell’s Counter-Intelligence Team Makes Key Arrests
Himanshu Bhau syndicate has come under increased scrutiny after the Delhi Police Special Cell arrested four alleged members and associates from Kota, Rajasthan, in a major operation targeting an organised crime network with alleged links to multiple cases across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. According to police, the arrested individuals include two alleged shooters, Raman alias Fauji and Karan, along with brothers Shekher Tiwari and Vinod Tiwari, who are accused of providing shelter and allegedly facilitating financial transactions for the wanted suspects.
The arrests were carried out by the Counter-Intelligence team of the Special Cell after police received information about the suspected presence of members of the alleged syndicate in Kota. Following the operation, all four accused were produced before the concerned court, where police custody remand was obtained for further investigation.
The latest arrests are significant because Raman and Karan are allegedly wanted in several serious cases registered across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Police are now investigating their alleged roles in these cases as well as their wider connections within the syndicate.

Two Alleged Shooters Among Those Arrested
According to the Delhi Police press note, Raman alias Fauji, aged 19, is a resident of Nidani in Haryana’s Jind district. Karan, aged 22, is from Champuri in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana.
Police allege that both men were working together for the Himanshu Bhau syndicate and were wanted in connection with multiple criminal cases. Investigators have also stated that both Raman and Karan are rewarded criminals, with separate rewards announced by authorities in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and other areas.
The Special Cell is examining their alleged involvement in a series of cases dating from 2024 to 2026. The investigation covers alleged incidents in Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, indicating the interstate nature of the probe surrounding the Himanshu Bhau network.
Their arrest could provide investigators with an opportunity to question them about their alleged activities, associates, movements and connections to other suspects linked to Himanshu Bhau.
Police are also examining whether the two suspects had direct operational links with other alleged members of the Himanshu Bhau syndicate.
Aya Nagar Murder Case Under Scanner
One of the most serious cases cited by the Delhi Police involves the December 2025 murder of a dairy businessman in Delhi’s Aya Nagar.
According to the police press note, Raman and Karan were wanted in connection with the killing of Ratan, a dairy businessman. Police stated that more than 70 rounds were fired during the incident.
The case had attracted attention because of the scale of the alleged firing and the suspected connection with gang-related rivalry. Earlier reporting on the case had also examined possible links to individuals associated with the Himanshu Bhau network.
The latest arrests could help investigators establish the alleged chain of events surrounding the case and determine the precise roles, if any, played by the two suspects in the alleged Himanshu Bhau-linked operation.
However, the allegations made by police remain subject to investigation and judicial proceedings.
Dwarka Mor Murder Case Also Linked
Raman and Karan are also allegedly wanted in connection with the August 2025 murder of Mohit Dagar at Dwarka Mor in Delhi.
According to the Special Cell, more than 20 rounds were fired during the incident.
The case forms part of the broader investigation into the alleged activities of the two suspects and their suspected association with the Himanshu Bhau syndicate.
Police are expected to question them regarding their alleged presence, associations and role in the incident, while also examining whether the case has wider links to the Himanshu Bhau network.
Investigators are also likely to examine whether there are connections between the Dwarka Mor case and other incidents attributed to individuals associated with the alleged syndicate.
Ritoli Attack Case in Haryana
Another major case mentioned in the police press note concerns an alleged attack in Ritoli village in Rohtak district, Haryana, in December 2025.
Police have identified Sunny Ritoli as the alleged target and described him as an arch-rival of Himanshu Bhau. According to the press note, the incident resulted in one fatality and injuries to four other people.
The case is now part of the investigation into the alleged activities of Raman and Karan and their suspected links with the Himanshu Bhau syndicate.
The Special Cell will be examining the circumstances surrounding the incident and the alleged roles of the two arrested suspects. Investigators may also question them about their alleged connections with rival groups and other individuals named during the investigation.
Bulandshahr Firing Case Adds Another Link
The two suspects are also allegedly wanted in connection with a May 2026 firing incident in Kakod, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
According to police, the incident involved alleged indiscriminate firing at Jitendra alias Jeetu, whom investigators described as a rival of gangster Neeraj Faridpuriya.
The case expands the geographical scope of the investigation beyond Delhi and Haryana and brings another alleged Himanshu Bhau-related connection under scrutiny.
With cases allegedly connected to the two suspects spread across several states, investigators are now looking into whether the same group of individuals was involved in coordinating or facilitating criminal activities across state borders.
Karan Faces Additional Cases
The Special Cell has stated that Karan is separately wanted in several other cases.
One of the cases relates to an alleged firing incident at the house of Shekhar Rao in Mohalla Qutubpur, Rewari, Haryana, in May 2024.
Karan is also allegedly wanted in connection with a December 2024 firing incident involving the village sarpanch of Maheshpur in Palwal, Haryana. According to the police press note, an automatic carbine was allegedly used during the incident.
In addition, Karan has been named in FIR No. 224, registered under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act at Sadar police station in Rohtak.
The multiple cases cited by police are now being examined as part of the wider investigation into the alleged Himanshu Bhau network and its suspected associates.
Raman Named in Separate Delhi Arms Case
Raman is also separately wanted in a case registered by the Delhi Crime Branch under the Arms Act.
According to the police press note, FIR No. 224/2025 was registered at the Crime Branch in Delhi under Section 25 of the Arms Act.
The case is separate from the other allegations involving both Raman and Karan.
Investigators are expected to examine whether the alleged arms-related activities had any connection with the broader network being investigated by the Special Cell, including the alleged Himanshu Bhau syndicate.
Two Brothers Arrested for Alleged Support Role
Apart from Raman and Karan, police also arrested two brothers, Shekher Tiwari and Vinod Tiwari.
Shekher Tiwari, aged 23, is the son of Hetram Tiwari and a resident of Jikhan Gaon under Goverdhan police station in Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh.
His brother Vinod Tiwari, aged 30, is the son of Nauratan Tiwari and is also from Jikhan Gaon.
According to police, the brothers allegedly provided shelter to Raman and Karan and acted as money mules.
Their alleged role is important to the investigation because organised-crime cases often involve individuals who provide logistical, financial or accommodation-related assistance to suspects attempting to evade law enforcement.
Police will now question the brothers regarding their alleged interactions with the two wanted suspects and the financial transactions under investigation, including any suspected links with the Himanshu Bhau network.
Police Custody Remand Obtained
All four accused were produced before the concerned court after their arrest.
The court granted police custody remand to the Special Cell for further investigation, according to the press note issued by Additional Commissioner of Police, Special Cell, Pramod Singh Kushwah.
During the remand period, investigators are expected to question the accused about their alleged involvement in the various cases and their connections with other suspected members of the network.
Police may also investigate their movements between Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and examine possible financial and communication links associated with the alleged Himanshu Bhau syndicate.
Interstate Network Under Investigation
The arrests highlight the interstate dimension of the police investigation into the alleged Himanshu Bhau syndicate.
The cases cited by the Special Cell involve locations across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, while the accused were arrested in Kota, Rajasthan.
